Terms and Conditions

This may be the boring bit but it is important as we don’t want you to have any surprises! You will be delighted to know your statutory rights are not affected.

We do not train you dog for you; we teach you how to train your dog. Success will depend on how much work you are prepared to put in and follow the advice given.

We reserve the right to change times, days, content of classes and refuse a booking.

While we try to keep class size to six dogs we may increase or decrease class size if we feel it is appropriate.

We would ask all participants to follow the instructions of the training team, particularly regarding seating arrangements.

Payment for training should be paid in advance, cheques made payable to “J Pett”. We will make every effort to resell the place in the event of cancellation but no assurances can be given about a refund of course fees.

In the event of none attendance no refund will be given.

We will NOT allow any dog to attend class wearing a choke chain.

We will be happy to quote for behaviour consultations in advance. Behaviour consultations will be invoiced.

We reserve the right to use feedback sheet comments and photographs in publicity material etc. Please let us know if you do not wish your comments, or any photographs taken to be used in this way.
